Conflicts can arise for an array of reasons including hierarchical, cultural, ethic, demographic and many other differences. Solving conflicts sovereignly involves looking closely at the behavior patterns of others as much as your own. Do not forget that eventual weak spots are only weak spots as long as they are not discovered, realized and unexplained.

In situations where your counterpart gets irate and frustrated: how can I handle such a situations effectively and even turn it or utilize to my own benefit?
