Organisational constellations are an effective method of investigating business related questions, decision-making processes and conflicts. The underlying reasons and connections for work related conflicts and difficulties are highlighted and brought fourth effectively. New solutions are found, new perspectives made visible and alternative paths of reaction and action are offered. Organisational constellations can be used to solve an array of work or job related issues, such as:

Organisational Constellations are a powerful, astounding and far-reaching method for exploring burning issues and entrenched patterns in organisations and communities. The constellating process draws on the embedded intelligence of a situation to reveal hidden dynamics in key areas such as:

- relationships between stakeholders or between founders and their successors
- culture change
- management of innovation
- organisational restructuring and mergers
- defining mission statements
Representatives in organizational constellations do not need to be persons form your company or corporation, they need not have information on the issue at hand. The issue which needs solving or highlighting can also be dealt with without actually naming it. Only the persons involved and what is needed can be named. You can choose and influence what you share with others in the group. This method is called a “hidden constellation”.
