Facilitation how-to
Facilitation, commentaries, facilitators, moderators, talk show hosts, etc. have become more popular today than ever before: everything is being facilitated, discussed and commented on whether on the TV, on the Radio or elsewhere. Also in daily business life “facilitation and commentaries” are playing a significant role. This has culminated in the past few years since new ideas on how one should manage and how one wants to be managed have been developed. Today it is expected that the manager is not the only person who decides, but that he/she also confers with the participants of the meeting as to what is applicable and what is not applicable. Above all he/she must allow the group to decide what is to be done or at the very least, he/she must be open to the participants knowledge, expectations and ideas and must be willing to implement them into his/her own decisions.
One method that will help the decision maker fulfill these expectations has become – and rightly so!- very fashionable: the method of facilitation.

Improve Your Performance Through Customer Criticism
We can’t always avoid criticism. Difficulties can, however, often be avoided by using the correct tone of voice and the correct strategy in a particular situation. This seminar has been designed to show you the various ways of encouraging complaints, dealing with them and then evaluating their validity. You will find out how to implement complaint management in already existing structures and processes so that the time involved in collecting them and evaluating their validity may result in a profitable relationship to one another. The goal is to make use of customer criticism to, for example, recognize their specific needs, discover problems that they may have encountered or to optimize your dealings with them.

Aims of the seminar:
Teamwork and projects are increasingly international. Thus conflict potential arises which can influence teams and projects alike. It is therefore important to prepare accordingly and to develop the right
strategies and skills in the English language.
This seminar will prepare and coach you in solving conflicts which may arise in working in global contexts. By achieving linguistic skills of a high standard you will easily be able to apply conflict related strategies quickly and effectively.
